We are appealing for witnesses and information following a dangerous driving incident in Basingstoke yesterday.
Officers attempted to stop a black Ford Focus – suspected to have been stolen – on the M3 northbound, near junction 7, at around 2.30pm on Tuesday 26 November.
The vehicle failed to stop and was driven through various parts of Basingstoke, initially travelling along Winchester Road, Long Cross Lane and Woodbury Road.
It then went down Cliddesden Lane and Woods Lane. A minor collision then occurred involving the Ford Focus and a blue Peugeot in Cliddesden. No injuries have been reported.
The Ford then continued to travel along Farleigh Road and Garlic Lane, before heading towards Kempshott. It turned into Stratton Park at around 2.40pm and the occupants of the vehicle exited the car near Cambrian Way.
Two men were arrested near the scene, while a third man was arrested in the Bournemouth area this morning (27 November).
