We are appealing for witnesses following a report of robbery in Albert Road, New Milton shortly before 3pm last Tuesday (23 January).
During the incident, the teenage victim was approached by another teenage boy, who is reported to have grabbed his shoulders and verbally threatened him. The victim’s coat and mobile phone were both stolen.
A 16-year-old boy from New Milton was arrested on suspicion of robbery in Christchurch, Dorset last Wednesday (24 January). He has since been released on conditional bail, pending further enquiries.
Officers continue to investigate this incident and enquiries remain ongoing.
