We are appealing for witnesses and information following a suspected arson incident in Basingstoke.
Officers were called at 1.12am today (19 August) to reports that two vans were on fire on Barbel Avenue.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service attended the scene and extinguished the fires a short while later. No injuries have been reported.
At this time, the incident is being treated as suspected arson and officers are currently working hard to establish the exact circumstances and the cause of the fires.
Officers are appealing for witnesses and any information which may help with the investigation.
