We are appealing for witnesses and information after a teenage girl was approached by a man who touched her inappropriately in Bishops Waltham on Friday 23 August.
The incident is reported to have occurred in a car park on Basingwell Street between 11am and 11.20am.
During the incident, the victim was approached by a man who tried to engage her in conversation, asking her if she was single, before then inappropriately touching her over her clothes.
The man, who has reportedly been seen on previous occasions on the high street in Bishops Waltham, is described as;
We would like to hear from anyone who was in the area at the time of the incident and recalls seeing a man talking to a girl.
We’d also like to hear from you if you recognise the description of this man and think you might who he is?
