We are appealing for witnesses to an assault in Long Meadow, Barton on Sea on Sunday 7 April.
The incident, which occurred between 11am and midday, left the victim, aged in her 60s, with a dog bite to her forearm.
The victim required subsequent hospital treatment as a result of the injuries caused.
