Witness appeal following burglary in Basingstoke

We are appealing for witnesses and information following a report of burglary in Basingstoke.

Between 9.15pm and 9.45pm on Sunday 24 September, the Halfords autocentre on Worting Road was broken into.

Equipment worth around £1,000 was stolen from the premises.

An unsuccessful attempt was made to gain access to an autocentre next door.

Officers have been carrying out enquiries and are now appealing for information.
