Witess appeal following road traffic collision

We are appealing for witnesses and information following a collision near New Milton.

We were called at 8.15pm on 6 September to a report of a road traffic collision in Hinton, at the junction of Lyndhurst Road and Ringwood Road.

This involved a black Indian motorcycle and a black Nissan Qashqai.

The motorcycle rider, a man in his 70s, was taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening or life-changing injuries.

We would like to speak to anyone who saw either vehicle prior to the collision, or the incident itself.

In particular, we would like to speak to anyone with dash cam footage relevant to our investigation.
