Officers investigating the robbery of a man in his 40s in Gosport are appealing for witnesses.
Between 1am and 1.40am this morning (Sunday 3 September), the victim was walking along South Street when he was approached by a group of three to four people who were all wearing face coverings.
He was punched several times, sustaining bruising to his head, and his Moncler t-shirt and black Nike Air trainers were taken.
We believe there may have been a number of people in the area at the time that may have witnessed what happened and would like to hear from anyone with information.
Perhaps you saw the group in the area at the time or saw the incident itself? Or maybe you were driving along South Street and have dash cam footage which may assist our investigation?
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 quoting reference 44230356498.
