We are appealing for witnesses and information following a report of an offensive weapon incident in Basingstoke.
At around 10am on Thursday 2 November, a man in a black Audi was driving along Shetland Road when a white Ford Transit van with an orange bonnet, orange rear doors and orange signage, swerved into his path.
The driver of the Audi mounted a grass verge. Moments later, the man in the Transit got out of his vehicle and ran towards the Audi driver while holding a crowbar in the air.
The crowbar was not used and no injuries have been reported.
Officers have launched an investigation and are appealing for any witnesses to come forward with information.
Were you in the area at the time? Did you witness the incident? Do you have any dashcam footage or CCTV images that may assist our investigation?
The driver of the van has been described as being in his 30s, of medium build, with dark hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt and black trousers.
