E-fit released following sexual assault in Southampton bar

Officers investigating a sexual assault at a Southampton bar have today (15 June) released an e-fit image of a man they would like to speak to in relation to the incident.

It comes after a woman was reportedly sexually assaulted whilst inside Yates on Above Bar Street by an unknown man.

The incident took place between 8.30pm on Monday 29 May and 00.40am on Tuesday 30 May.

The man is described as being white, in his 30s, medium build and with black hair. He was seen to be wearing a black hoodie, jeans and carrying a rucksack at the time of the incident.
