We are appealing for witnesses and CCTV footage following a road traffic collision in Southampton.
Yesterday (Tuesday 20 June), at around 4.35pm, a red Ford Focus crashed into a parked BMW at the junction of Merryoak Road and Sholing Road.
The Ford Focus had just been stolen from the car park of Sainsbury's in Bitterne and was travelling along Merryoak Road when the driver attempted to turn left into Sholing Road but left the road and collided with the parked car.
Three males were seen to get out of the stolen vehicle and flee on foot. The two passengers were described as white males aged approximately 18 to 20 years and were shirtless. The driver was described as being white, of a similar age wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts.
Did you see these males fleeing the scene? Has your property got CCTV which may have recorded images of the males? Did you see these males in the car park of Sainsbury's?
