We are appealing for witnesses to a collision on the A325, Farnborough Road, on Thursday (1 June).
The collision happened at around 3.45pm near to Pennefather’s Road.
A white Ford Transit was travelling southbound on the A325 when it was clipped by an unknown vehicle, possibly a Tipper type vehicle, causing the Transit to be in collision with a white Land Rover Defender.
The unknown vehicle did not stop at the scene.
The drivers of the Ford Transit and Land Rover Defender both suffered minor injuries.
Officers have conducted a number of enquiries and are now turning to the public for any information that may assist with our investigation and identify the third vehicle involved.
Did you witness the collision? Perhaps you saw the vehicles in the moments leading up to it? Or maybe you have dash-cam footage that could help us?
If you saw a vehicle travelling on the southbound A325 around the relevant time that stood out because of the manner of driving, please get in touch.
