Appeal following serious collision in Fleet

We are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a collision in Fleet.

Police were called at 11.37am yesterday (29 June) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of the A323 Fleet Road and Pale Lane.

This involved a black Land Rover defender and a silver Volkswagen Polo. The driver of the Volkswagen, a woman in her 90s, suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.

Following initial enquiries we are now calling for any witnesses to come forward and we would particularly like to speak to anyone with relevant dash cam footage.

The Land Rover was travelling north on Pale Lane prior to the collision while the Volkswagen was travelling north west on the A323.
