We are appealing for witnesses to a burglary in Totton on Monday afternoon (16 January).
Officers were called at around 1.30pm after four men in face coverings were seen leaving an address on School Road.
Entry was gained to the address whilst the occupants had gone out, and we believe the suspects may have known how long they were going to be out for before targeting the address.
One of the suspects made off in a blue BMW, and the other three left in a grey van.
A green safe containing commemorative coins and jewellery was stolen.
The suspects are described as:
All men were also described as wearing blue surgical masks and black beanie hats.
Officers have conducted a number of enquiries and are now asking the public for any information that could assist the investigation.
Perhaps you’ve seen people matching these descriptions, or maybe you saw those vehicles in the area? Do you have CCTV or ring doorbell footage? Or have you seen commemorative coins or jewellery for sale that might have been stolen?
Anyone with information is asked to phone 101 with reference 44230020390, or submit information via our website. Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers 100% anonymously on 0800 555 111.
