Officers investigating a burglary in Romsey are appealing for witnesses.
At around 9.30pm on Saturday (29 July) the victim saw an unknown man climbing through the window of her address on Banning Street.
The suspect was disturbed and fled the scene; nothing was stolen.
They were described as being a white man, with broad shoulders. He was wearing a black hooded top with the hood up, black tracksuit bottoms cuffed at the ankle, dark trainers, and dark gloves. They were also described as carrying an unknown shiny item.
Were you in the area at the time and remember seeing someone match that description? Perhaps you saw which way they went?
We would be keen to hear from anyone who has CCTV, doorbell, or dash cam footage that may assist our enquiries.
