Officers are appealing for information following a robbery in Aldershot.
At 6.27pm on Saturday, 22 October two men ran into Taylers News, High Street and jumped over the counter.
They threatened the shop keeper with an orange handled knife and sprayed him with some sort of liquid which came out of a blue drinks bottle. They then made off with around £1000 worth of cash, cigarettes and alcohol.
They fled through Manor Park to a grey car in Church Road.
The victim, a 61-year-old man, did not suffer any physical injuries other than a burning sensation after being sprayed with the liquid.
The offenders are described as:
Man one: White, aged 18 – 20, 5ft7ins, of stocky build and wearing a light grey jacket, black tracksuit bottoms, orange gloves and was carrying a blue bag.
Man two: White, aged 20 – 22, 5ft 7ins, of slim build and wearing a grey jumper and white and blue Nike Airmax 97.
Detective Constable Neil Wortley, said: “We are appealing for anyone with any information about this incident to come forward and speak to us.
“Were you in the area at the time of the incident? Did you see the offenders leaving the scene and did you see what sort of vehicle they got in to?
