Officers attending a report of a public order incident in Bright Road, Winchester on Thursday, 24 November seized the bike as we believe it to be stolen.
We would now like to reunite it with its rightful owner.

A 13-year-old boy from Winchester has been arrested on suspicion of three offences of common assault and theft of a bicycle.
He has been questioned by officers and released on police bail.
