Did you witness cars being stolen in Southampton at around 1am this morning (4 May)?
A group of men stole a turquoise Audi A1 (69 plate) from Cemetery Road and a black Jaguar F-PACE v6 (12 plate) from Alma Road while the drivers were inside the vehicles.
They asked both drivers to get out of their cars and then drove off with the vehicles. The driver of the Audi A1 also had his phone and wallet stolen.
Chief Inspector Ricky Dhanda, deputy district commander for Southampton, said: “This is a worrying incident which has caused distress to the owners of the vehicles.
“We have stepped up patrols in the area and will ensure extra resources are in place in response to these robberies.
“Our officers are working hard to locate those involved and reunite the vehicles with their owners, and we are asking you to help us.”
Were you in the area? Did you see a group of men acting suspiciously?
