Officers are contuining to investigate a serious collision in Lee-on-the-Solent which left a man with life-threatening injuries.
The incident happened just after 2pm on Sunday (June 26) on Marine Parade Road West.
Since then we have spoken with a number of witnesses but remain keen to hear from anyone who saw a grey Ford Transit van in the lead up to the incident.
A man in his 80s suffered severe injuries in the collision and remains in hospital.
A 48-year-old man from Gosport, arrested as part of our enquiries, has been released under investigation.
DC Cate Paling said: "We are really grateful to everyone who has contacted us so far as part of our investigation.
"One thing we remain keen to do is piece together the vans journey in the build up to the incident.
"If you saw a grey 2018-plate Transit van in the lead up to 2pm, then please get in touch. We particularly want to hear from anyone with CCTV footage outside their home or business, or dash cam footage."
