Officers investigating the death of a man in Havant over the weekend are continuing to appeal to the public for information as their enquiries continue.
We were called at 8.04am on Sunday (17 July) to an address on Botley Drive, Havant.
Officers attended and the body of 25-year-old Frankie Fitzgerald was found inside the property.
His next of kin have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
A 26-year-old woman from Havant was arrested on suspicion of murder and a 26-year-old woman from Paulsgrove was arrested on suspicion of murder and conspiracy to murder. Both women remain in police custody at the current time.
A scene remains in place at the address on Botley Drive and officers will be conducting patrols throughout today while detectives continue to investigate the circumstances of the incident.
Detective Inspector Elizabeth Brunt said: “We are appealing again to the public for anyone with information that may assist our enquiries to please come forward and speak to us if they haven’t already done so.
“We’re particularly interested to hear from anyone who was driving through the area between 6pm on Saturday 16 July and 8am on Sunday 17 July who may have seen anything suspicious or has dash cam footage.
“Similarly, if you have ring doorbell or CCTV footage or were in the Botley Drive area at the times specified and have information that could help our investigation, please get in touch.
“We would like to reassure the local community that we are working hard to establish exactly what happened and that we do not believe there to be any wider risk to the public.”
