We are appealing for witnesses following a serious collision in Andover.
The collision is believed to have taken place between 4am and 4.45am yesterday morning (Saturday, 23 July) in South Street.
It was reported that a white Vauxhall van collided with two women aged 18 and 19 and failed to stop at the scene before police arrived.
Both women sustained injuries and were taken to hospital. The 18-year-old woman was seriously injured.
