A set of keys were taken from the address and used to take a grey Volkswagen Golf and five bicycles.
The bicycles that were taken are described as follows:
We are keen to hear from anyone with information that may help our investigation.
Did you see or hear anything suspicious at around the time of the incident? Perhaps you saw someone hanging around the area? Do you live in the area and have private CCTV? Perhaps you were driving in the area at the time and have dash-cam footage?
We are also keen to hear from anyone who may have been offered for sale any of the bikes matching the descriptions above.
Anyone with information should get in touch by calling 101 or online at https://www.hampshire.police.uk/, quoting the crime reference number 44220018600.
Alternatively people can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or online at https://crimestoppers-uk.org/
Advice:
We would like to take this opportunity to remind people to keep car keys away from and windows and doors to prevent them from being “fished” through letterboxes or seen by opportunist thieves. However, make sure you know where they are in case of fire.
You can also consider using a signal blocking pouch, known as a Faraday Bag, to store your keys (and any spare sets) which blocks your car key fob from transmitting its code to the vehicle; again deterring would-be criminals.
You can register property for free on Immobilise – it helps the police identify the owners of recovered property.
