Do you recognise this man?
Officers investigating a racially aggravated public order incident at the Post and Packing shop in Shirley are keen to identify this man.
Sometime between 4pm and 4.30pm on Tuesday, 25 May a man entered the shop to withdraw money from Western Union. When a member of staff refused to complete the transaction, the man verbally abused him before leaving the shop.
The man is described as being in his 20’s, around 5ft 6 inches to 5ft 7 inches tall and of heavy build. He had a moustache, a small beard on his chin and tattoos on his right arm and one on the inside of his left forearm. He was wearing a black baseball cap, white t-shirt and grey jogging bottoms.
Do you recognise him or know who he is?
Officers are also keen to speak to the two men in the second photo who were in the store at the time and witnessed the incident. They may have information that could help our investigation.
Is this you? Do you know who they are?
Anyone with information that could help us identify the man in the white t-shirt and the two men who witnessed the incident should call us on 101.
