Appeal to identify men in connection with assault in Southampton

We are keen to speak to them in connection with an assault which took place in Bedford Place around 11pm on Tuesday 3 August.

It was reported that a man had been approached by two men unknown to him, who then assaulted him.

The victim, a man in his 30s, had suffered a head injury.

We are keen to speak with the two men in these photos in connection with the incident.

They are both described as being white, between 20 and 30 years old, around 5ft 10 ins tall and of medium build. One has black hair, while the other has blonde hair.

One of the men is described as wearing a green jacket, black t-shirt and blue jeans. The other a black jumper with a white strip across the front and black trousers.
