We’re appealing for witnesses following an incident in Portswood Road, Southampton.
Officers were called to reports of an air gun being fired from an address on Portswood Road between 8.14pm on Monday 2 November and 3am Tuesday, 3 November.
Officers attended and seized a BB gun.
A 37-year-old man from Southampton was arrested on suspicion of possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence. He has been released from custody but remains under investigation.
Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have information.
