Officers investigating a report of an assault on a man in Farnborough have appealed for witnesses.
The incident took place between 8pm and 8.30pm on Thursday 12 March as the 53-year-old man walked in Reading Road.
He was approached by four men who grabbed hold of him and hit him.
The victim sustained some minor facial injuries.
Following the assault, the victim heard the sounds of two vehicles driving at speed away from the scene.
The four men were described as being white and aged between 18 and 21 years of age.
Two of the men were described as being of chubby build, and the other two were described as being skinny.
One of the skinny men was described as being bald.
We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed what happened, or anyone with information on those involved.
We would also like to hear from anyone who remembers seeing two vehicles being driven at speed from this location.
