Thousands of pounds worth of watches stolen from Portsmouth home

We’re appealing for witnesses after thousands of pounds worth of watches were stolen from a house in Portsmouth.

Officers were called following the burglary in Festing Road, Southsea, which happened between 5.15pm and 6.15pm on Sunday, June 7.

Entry was gained through a window and 14 high-value watches were stolen and two gold rings.

The details of the watches stolen are as follows:

• Brietling Chronospace watch in Titanium worth £2,000 in box
• Omega Planet Ocean Watch with orange bezel, worth £2,500 in box
• Two Dubey and Schaldenbrand watches worth £2,000 in their box
• Bremont Martin Baker two watch £2,650
• Ball Engineers watch worth £1,300
• Ebel Watch worth £1,500
• Rolex Oyster watch worth £2,000
• Corum Bubble watch worth £2,000
• Locman Monti Crysto watch worth £1,000
• Locman watch worth £500
• Edox watch worth £800
• IWC watch worth £2,000
• Oris Big Crown Pointer watch worth £700
• Casio watch worth £150

The rings were an 18 carat gold six piece puzzle ring and a nine carat gold ring with the letters EFC.

Officers investigating the burglary are keen to speak to anyone who may be offered any of these items for sale or who has seen them for sale online.

They also want to speak to anyone who may have been in the Festing Road area on Sunday evening and seen anyone acting suspiciously.
