Appeal for witnesses to serious road traffic collision in Southampton

We are appealing for witnesses and dash cam footage following a collision between a white van and a Kawaski motorcycle on Lordshill Way roundabout.

The incident happened between 5.50pm and 6pm on Saturday 24 August.

The motorcyclist, a 31-year-old man from Southampton, was riding a green and purple Kawaski bike. He suffered serious injuries and was taken to Southampton General Hospital.

The driver of the Renault Clio van was unharmed.

Officers investigating the collision would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident or captured dash cam footage of what happened or either vehicle just before the incident.
