Crime prevention advice after vans broken into

Don’t keep tools in your vans.

This is the message after a number of vehicles were broken into on Monday 4 December.

The details are as follows:

• Between noon and 4.30pm in Duke Street, Micheldever - window smashed, no tools taken

• Between 4.45pm and 6pm, Southbrook Cottages, Micheldever - work van broken into, gardening tools stolen

• Between 8pm and 8.40pm in Nursery Road, Alresford - entry forced, nothing taken

• Between 8pm and 9pm, Sutton Road, Bishop's Sutton - vehicle tampered with causing damage, no entry made and nothing stolen

Van owners are urged to take crime prevention measures:
