Officer concerned: Former PC David Longden-Thurgood

Summary of allegations
Former PC Longden-Thurgood met Ms A on a dating app in 2020. They mutually arranged to meet at her home address whilst he was off-duty. Ms A alleges that some of the sexual activity that took place during that visit was non-consensual.
Outcome
The allegations were found to be proven and amounted to Gross Misconduct. The Panel found this amounted to a breach of the standards of behaviour in respect of integrity and conduct.
Sanction
The officer would have been dismissed without notice had he not already resigned. He was placed on the College of Policing Barred List.
