How do I apply? 

Step 1: Download and complete the firearms dealer registration form (Form 116A).

You'll need these details:

  • home addresses from the last five years
  • current dealer certificate details
  • company details and any associated dealer certifications (if applicable)

 


Step 2: Post your completed form and cheque (payable to the Police and Crime Commissioner for Hampshire) to:

How much does it cost?

It's free for Hampshire dealers. For dealers outside Hampshire it costs £13.
