Police are appealing for witnesses to a single-vehicle collision on the A327 at Eversley Cross near Yateley on Friday.
The incident happened at approximately 11.50pm as the black Honda Insight, which was travelling north on the carriageway, left the road and collided with a tree outside Busta Farm.
The driver, a man in his 60s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
