Police are appealing for information after a man was seen committing an indecent act in Basingstoke.
At about 11.40am on September 3, a woman saw a man in the bushes in Glebe Gardens at the back of St Michael's Church committing an indecent act.
The woman didn't have a mobile phone, so asked another woman to call police. When officers arrived, the woman who witnessed the incident had left the area without leaving her details.
Officers are keen to speak to this woman to assist with their investigation. She is described as white, with blonde hair and had a dog with her.
The offender is described as a white man who was wearing shorts and a hat.
Police have also received a report of a similar incident, which is said to have taken place at about 7.40pm on August 28.
PC Dumisani Sikhosana said: "If you witnessed either of these incidents or have any information about who this man is, please contact me a soon as possible."
