Police in Portsmouth have charged a man with burglary following an incident on Sunday March 1.
A break-in happened at an address in Thurbern Road, North End at around midnight.
A window in a door was smashed and a television and remote controls were taken. The property was later recovered. Police were called by a member of the public.
28-year-old Gary Thompson of Sevenoaks Road was charged with burglary and theft. He was remanded in custody to appear before magistrates today, Monday March 2.
