Class Definition:
In recognition of the need to have regard to the public interest in allowing access to public information held, and in the publication for reasons for decisions made, the ‘open' session of ratified minutes of formal force level decision-making meetings are published. They contain discussion of key strategic issues under consideration and the primary decisions relating to resource and budgetary matters.
The 'closed' session of the minutes are not available under this publication scheme. They contain information of a confidential and sensitive nature, e.g. personnel, security matters and commercial interests. Details of approved ‘open’ session minutes are available on this website.
After 24 months minutes will be removed and archived.
