Police appeal for witnesses to robbery in Basingstoke
Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was assaulted and robbed in Oakridge, Basingstoke.
At about 7.10pm n Monday, May 9, the man, aged in his 20s was cycling along Oakridge Road when he was assaulted and had his bike taken from him. The offender then cycled off towards Pear Tree Way.
The offender is described as white, in his 20s, about 5ft 10ins tall and of an athletic build. The man was unshaven and had short dark brown hair. He was wearing a navy blue hooded top with the hood up and dark-coloured jeans.
The bike is silver in colour and has black writing on the crossbar.
