Police appeal for information after laptop and mobile phones stolen in Basingstoke burglary

 Police in Basingstoke are appealing for information after a house in the Kempshott area of town was burgled.

Sometime overnight, between 10.30pm on Tuesday, July 19 and 5am on Wednesday, July 20, offender(s) gained access to a house in Dorset Crescent via unlocked French doors at the rear of the property.

Three mobile phones, several bank cards and a laptop were taken.

PC Peter Hanson said: “Did you hear or see anything suspicious in Dorset Crescent on these dates?

“Someone may have seen a suspicious vehicle or people acting suspiciously in the area. If you know anything, please contact me.”
