Detectives in Andover charge man with burglary and theft

Detectives in Andover have charged a man in connection with a burglary and a theft from a motor vehicle.
Jason Mills, of Western Road, Andover, was charged with the offences this afternoon.
The 39-year-old is due to appear at Winchester magistrates court on Wednesday, November 2, at 9.30am.
