Police appeal for help in locating missing Basingstoke man

 

Police in Basingstoke are appealing for information about the whereabouts of Peter Heath who has gone missing.

The 57-year-old was last seen by his wife shortly before 9am yesterday, (Wednesday, March 16) when he left a friend’s home in Townsend Close, Basingstoke.

His wife received a phone call from him at 10.30am the same day. Since that time she has not heard from or seen her husband.

Mr Heath is described as of slim build, clean shaven and has short mousy hair.

He was last seen wearing a red fleece jacket, a blue shirt, grey trousers and black boots. He may also be on a black or silver push bike.

Police are concerned about Mr Heath and would like to hear from anyone who has seen him since 10.30am yesterday or who knows where he may be at this time.

Inspector Debbie Evans said: ”I am urging Mr Heath to make contact with us to let us know he’s ok. Equally, I would ask anyone who knows of his whereabouts to contact the police immediately.”
