Spate of garage and shed break-ins in Overton
Police are appealing for information after several sheds and garages were broken into in Overton.
Between 6pm on December 27 and 9am on December 28, sheds and garages in Dellands, Pond Close, Pound Road, and Charlesdown Close, were broken into and a motocross bike and two pedal cycles were stolen.
The motocross bike is a red Honda 250 bike with a chrome engine and one of the pedal cycles is a Trek 1400 bike.
PC Richard Baldwin said: “I would like to hear from anyone with any information about these incidents.
“I would particularly like to speak to anyone who saw three or four men in the village between 2am and 4am or who saw a maroon-coloured van which was seen parked up with the engine running in Pound Road between 3am and 4am on the 28 th.”
