A Portsmouth man is due in court today after being charged with blackmail and possession of an imitation firearm whilst committing a serious offence.
34-year-old Jonathan Lee Murphy of Jubilee Avenue is appearing before magistrates in Portsmouth.
It follows an incident at Yorke Street, Southsea on April 28.
