Police in Portsmouth have arrested and charged a 35-year-old man on suspicion of going equipped for theft.
Jason Lee Marshall, of Arundel Street in Portsmouth, was arrested in the late hours of Tuesday, March 22, on suspicion of going equipped for theft in Clarks Road, Fratton.
Marshall was charged and remanded in custody on Wednesday, March 23, and appeared in Portsmouth Magistrates Court on Tuesday March 29 and is next due to appear at Fareham Magistrates Court on Thursday, May 5.
