Detectives in Portsmouth have today charged a man with a sexual offence against a teenage boy.
Mark Brigham, 37 of Denver Road, London is due before South East Hampshire Magistrates on October 16.
It follows an incident at an address in North End on August 9.
Brigham has been charged with being engaged in penetrative sex with a boy aged between 13 and 15.
