Police seek three people following knife point robbery in Southampton

Police are seeking three people following a knife point robbery in Southampton yesterday, Thursday July 10.  

Between 6.30am and 7am a 22-year-old man was walking along Wilton Avenue when he was approached by two men and a woman. The offenders threatened the man with a knife before stealing his mobile phone and a gold chain from him.  

The offenders are described as:  

Offender one – dark skinned man, approximately 35-years-old, 5ft 10” tall of stocky build, wearing a dark tracksuit and white trainers  

Offender two – man, believed to be of mixed race, lighter skin than offender one, approximately 26-years-old, narrow face, wearing a dark hooded top. He may have been wearing trainers.  

Offender three – woman aged around 19 or 20-years-old, believed to be white, quite fat, wearing a pink jacket.  

The robbery happened at a quiet time of day and police are appealing to anyone who may have seen the group or heard anything unusual in Wilton Avenue and the surrounding area around the time of the incident to contact them.
