Police release CCTV image of man following indecent exposure in Hartley Wintney



Police have release a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with an indecent exposure in Hartley Wintney.

A 72-year-old woman was in her car with her daughter, parked up at the Hartley Wintney Surgery car park shortly before 3pm on November 23.

The women then saw a man in the car park indecently exposing himself and committing an indecent act.

The man is describes as Asian or Indian and aged in his late 30s or early 40s. He was wearing a black jacket, a dark hat, grey trousers and black shoes.

PC Philip Heath said: “Do you recognise this man? If so please contact me with any information which might help this investigation.”
