Police in Winchester have charged a man with conspiracy to steal motor vehicles.
Raimondas Kalimauskas, 31 of no fixed abode, but who is from the Bournemouth area is due in court today (Jan 24).
It follows the theft of a Mercedes Sprinter van in Portsmouth on January 21 and an investigation into a series of similar van thefts.
