Karl WestDetectives are appealing for help in finding a man who is wanted in connection with a number of offences in Portsmouth.

Karl West, from Paulsgrove, is thought to still be in the Portsmouth area, and staying with friends. The 39-year-old is wanted in relation to offences involving burglary and theft.

Members of the public are advised not to approach this man if they see him, but to call police immediately.

Detective Constable Paul Atkins said, “We have reason to believe that this man is still in the city and we want to locate him as soon as possible. I would take this opportunity to remind people that it is a criminal offence to harbour or assist an offender, and ask anyone who knows of Karl’s whereabouts to contact us without delay.”
