Police in Southampton are appealing for the public’s help in tracing a missing man. Lee Passelle, who is 27, was last seen on Tuesday, September 16 at around 6pm by his cousin who drove past him walking near Deacon Road where Lee lives.
He is also known to have sent a text to one of his housemates, who was away at the time, at around 11.30 that night saying he was ill.
Lee had recently lost his job and was having some financial difficulties and it’s thought he may be depressed. However he had got another job and was just waiting for security checks before starting this.
When he left the house on the day he went missing, he posted his keys through the letterbox and left behind his mobile phone and wallet. It’s not known if he has any cash with him.
Officers say they are very concerned for his well-being and are asking him to get in contact with them, his family or housemates as soon as possible.
They’d also like to hear from anybody who thinks they may have seen him or knows where he is. It’s known he has a wide circle of friends.
Lee is described as: White, of stocky build, blue eyes, cropped straight black hair and about 5ft 9ins tall. It’s not known what clothing he was wearing.
Anyone with information about where Lee might be is asked to contact the Duty Sergeant at Bitterne Police Station on 0845 045 45 45.
