Police are appealing for witness after a suspicious incident in Yateley on Wednesday, June 30.
Between 4.30pm and 5.15pm a 12-year-old girl was walking home from school along a wooded path which leads from the village hall on Old School Lane to Hall Lane.
She was approached by a man who indecently exposed himself to her and then committed an indecent act. The girl walked off and the man did not follow her.
The man is described as:
- White
- Aged in his 40s
- Large build
- Square head
- Black hair
- Wearing cream coloured shorts and a white short sleeved shirt
PC Chris Hall, of the Yateley Targeted Patrol Team, said: “This was a disturbing incident which left the young girl shaken and upset.
“It happened during the afternoon in broad daylight and somebody may have been in the area and seen the man responsible.
“If you have any information about the incident or if you recognise the description of the man please contact us as soon as possible.”
