Police are appealing for witnesses after a man was threatened as he walked through a park in Aldershot.
Shortly after 7pm on Friday, January 20, the 44-year-old man was walking through Manor Park from the High Street end towards the basketball court when he was approached by a man, threatened and asked for money.
Another two men approached the victim but then all three offenders ran off. The offenders are described as Nepalese, aged in their late teens, about 5ft 5ins tall and the first man who approached the victim was wearing a dark-coloured padded jacket and had short dark-coloured hair.
PC Sarah Hill said: “This was an isolated incident and it is not believed there were many people around at the time, but if anyone saw anything suspicious or any of the people described, I would like to hear from them.”
